About
Culinary Journey
After studying food and nutrition at university, Tommy became a chef and moved abroad to work in luxury chalets, villas and hotels.
Tommy has worked in many kitchens around the world, honing his culinary skills in Japan, France, Portugal, and the UK, and has had the pleasure of being the private chef for a number of celebrities and professional athletes.
Since spending his final winter season in Hakuba, working in a Japanese hotel restaurant, Tommy returned to the UK so he could bring his experience of cheffing around the world to your dinner table.
