Since having Tom as my coach, I have learnt to let go of the little problems that you face during weight loss, to embrace carbs and to have a more balanced diet. By being accountable to Tom with our weekly check ins and emails correspondence, Tom has gotten me to consistency train legs (blumin miracle) and has gotten me out of some terrible diet habits so I can start to live life while dropping weight.
I've lost 10 lb and I've also managed to add weight to all my exercises, including squats from 80 to 105kg. I've not been on any 'fad' diet, I've been working with Tommy on a flexible program suited to my lifestyle. I've been working 60/70 hour weeks and still managed to make good progress in the gym 3 times a week, any one can do it if you set your mind to it. I'm not yet where I want to be, but I wanted to share my progress so far...
I’ve toned up in the arms and abs for sure and dropped a couple trouser sizes which was the goal. I feel that i am at one of the healthiest points i’ve been at!
Really happy with the results! getting a lot stronger!
